Now this sounds like fun ! (See Rob's email in the forum)
Easy camping and close to local pubs for a bit of a social and Tasar talk, O and a bit of racing.
Rob Dangerfield has guaranteed a fantastic weekends sailing, hes booked the wind and has it all organised for the First race at 13:00 on Saturday.
For those who are interested we could have a bit of chat about boat tuning and a look at the settings sent over from AUS (Paul Ridgway’s personal settings), perhaps check the essential on your boats to see how they stack up, Mandy should be on hand to sort any little bits to help.
For those who don’t normally travel, well there are a number of Tasar events planned this year, if you want to get up to speed and get a few tips from likeminded sailors then the inlands could be just the think that you need to kick off the 2012 sailing season.
How many boats might we expect to the inlands, well I would like to think 15-20 boats but the probability is around 8-10, but it will only happen if we make an effort and travel, we get told that certain clubs don’t travel because they have good club racing, this weekend at LLangorse could be better than your club but we wont know unless we give it a try.
Come on, drag out that combi and join us at what Rob has promised is going to be the best inland Tasar event for 2012.
