Paul Ridgway and Bronwyn Ridgway the 2011 Tasar World Champions and
Tasar Grand Master World Champions Sailing Tasar AUS 2871
The 2011 Tasar World Championships were staged by RTYC in Torbay.
Strong wind, great support and fantastic atmosphere.
There was a lot of fun a lot of great close racing and a few spills.
Two of the days were close to the limit but no races were lost and there was not that much damage. Mandy from Signal locker supported the event and everyone was able to fix everything that broke.
That is, expect John Lawton who was sunk by his great friend Neil Spacagna. The event in pictures is on the new Tasar facebook page.
