Entry Information Please Read
Please read the following before entering the 2010 UK Tasar Association National Championships. You need to enter five pieces of data to set up your entry record. Please be careful to enter a correct email address. The email address will be the primary means of contact between you and the 2010 National race organisers.

Information Policy
Our policy is to collect only the minimum necessary information to enable us to run an effective and safe world championships. To set up your entry you only need to provide 5 (FIVE) bits of information. 

EU and UK Data Protection Act : In entering and completing the entry information required either here or via any other form you are agreeing to us holding your personal data and any other data you provide in our online and off line databases. The relevant information you provide will be passed to the organisers and the sponsors of the event. The information will not be provided to any third party and no information will be displayed online that could be used by unscrupulous people or internet harvesters. Every possible safeguard will be taken to protect your data and privacy.

Our strategy is to have a full entry as early. Our entry fee offers reflect this strategy. 

Please follow these steps to enter the 2010 UK Tasar National Championships. 

1) Set up entry - Complete only section one of the information required.

2) Confirm your entry by paying the entry fee which is detailed in the email that will be sent to you after you set up your entry email address provided in step 1. 

Pay your entry fee immediately. You must pay online if you want to benefit from the various reduced entry fee offers, the system is secure and offers you the least cost options. There is a small transaction cost to pay on line.

3) When we confirm your payment has been received by email please complete the remaining entry information. The email we send you will explain how to do this.  

Please Note:  
Full members payment by cheque, money order or other means received on or before 31/07/2010 is £85 GBP, after 31/07/2010, before 01/09/2010 entry is £95 GBP. 

Starting 15 July Club and Associate members can enter the 2010 Nationals. 
Club members entry fee is £97.50 received before 15/09/2010
Associates and Non members entry fee is £105 before 15/09/2010

The entry fee for Club, Associate and non members includes one years TAUK full membership.

Only those entering and paying on line within the offer periods can benefit from the reduced entry fees outlined here: 

Tasar Association Full Members 

On Line Early Entry EXTENDED 
£77.50 GBP 31 July 2010, (only open to Full Members > two full members associated with their tasar)

Late Entry 
£85.00 GBP 1 to 31 August 2010, entry after 31 August is £95 for full members. (only open to Full Members > two full members associated with their tasar)

Club Members
£97.50 GBP 15th July 2010 to 15 September 2010. This includes one years full TAUK membership upgrade from Club. (open to Club UK Tasar Association Members)

Associate and Non Members Entry
£105 GBP 15th July 2010 to 15 September 2010. This includes one years full TAUK membership.

4) On receiving confirmation that payment has been received please log in and complete the remaining entry information and provide the optional passport type photographs of each of the crew members including any alternative crews entered.

5) Pay any additional amounts due to cover the cost of additional party/team members who wish to participate in official events (meals entertainment visits) set up by the organisers. 

6) Order and pay for official Tasar National Championship souvenirs and merchandise.
