Please read the
following before entering the 2011 Tasar World Championships. You need to enter
five pieces of data to set up your entry record. Please be careful to enter a
correct email address. The email address will be the primary means of contact
between you and the 2011 world race organisers.
Information Policy
Our policy is to collect only the minimum
necessary information to enable us to run an effective and safe world
championships. To set up your entry you only need to provide 4 (FOUR) bits of
information.
Please
note: the fee you pay at a later stage includes the:
Actual
race entry fee, which we are collecting on
behalf of the Royal Torbay Yacht Club (RTYC),
and
other amounts to cover activities, which are included in the Tasar World
Championship event.
The
entry fee will be disbursed to RTYC in stages as they require it to set up and
to manage the event.
EU
and UK Data Protection Act : By entering and
providing entry
information you are agreeing to us
holding in our online and off
line databases your personal data and any other data you provide. The relevant information you provide will be passed to the
organisers and the sponsors of the event. The information will not be provided
to any third party and no information will be displayed online that could be
used by unscrupulous people or internet harvesters. Every possible safeguard
will be taken to protect your data and privacy.
Our strategy is to encourage early entry. We
have set a series of increasing entries fees the later you enter the higher the
entry cost.
Please follow these steps to enter the 2011
Tasar World Championships.
1) Set up entry your entry record by
completing the form here.
2) Confirm your entry by paying the
entry fee. You will receive an email shortly after you complete your entry
record which will detailed how to pay your entry fee.
3) Complete the entry information needed.
You will receive an email shortly after we have confirmation of payment which
will explain how to do this.
Please Note:
The standard entry fee
is £375 GBP, on or before 31/07/2011, after 31/07/2011 the entry fee
increases to £450 GBP.
